The Firs Lower School have been aware of the development of the Soil-Net.com web resource over the last two years and were pleased to offer support and advice to Cranfield during this time. Soil-Net offers a fantastic environmental teaching resource, all the better for being free! We have used parts of the website in our lessons successfully, and incorporated some of the many activity sheets into our teaching. Overall I can commend Soil-Net as an excellent resource for other teachers and schools wishing to find out more curriculum-linked information about soil and environmental issues. It is also well-suited as a source of information for school environmental projects such as the eco-schools initiative.

I really like the did you know box, its very good for bullet helping with bullet points and research homeworks, the little creature makes the box eye-catching and more interesting than the blocks of text.
